How to Use the Rapid Tramadol Test (Strip)

Keep the freshly collected urine sample at room temperature. Dip the test strip into the sample and examine the result within 5 minutes. The appearance of a line in the test region (T) indicates a negative result, while the absence of a line indicates a positive result. The control line (C) must always appear.

Precautions and Contraindications

• This test is designed for in vitro diagnostic use only.
• Positive results require confirmation with more precise methods.
• Improper samples or incorrect usage conditions can lead to erroneous results.
• Store the kit at 2 to 30 degrees Celsius, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
• Avoid using expired, faulty, or previously used kits.
• The test strip must be kept in its aluminum packaging until use. Use the test strip immediately upon opening the aluminum pouch.
• Due to the infectious nature of all samples, adherence to hygiene protocols is essential.
• Always interpret results under appropriate lighting conditions to prevent interpretation errors. Results read after 15 minutes are invalid.
• If the aluminum pouch has been stored at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius (refrigerator temperature), allow it to sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before opening.
• Additional clinical examinations are mandatory for the diagnosis of abuse or treatment.
