The generating element of Hepatitis B is classified as one of the liver viruses with DNA. This virus has a cover, bistrand and annular DNAwhich part of it is single-strand and has reverse transcriptase enzymethat this enzyme is connected to genome of virus, and has ribonuclease activity. Hepatitis B virus is the agent of disease, and human body is the only natural host of this virus. The virus can live for a long time in environment and it is fully stable. During incubation term of this disease and in its acute stage, the virus is in blood. One of thespecifications of this virus is the long incubation time which is 6 weeks to 6 months. The virus...

Hepatitis B Virus is from Hepadnaviridae family and has bistrand DNA. This virus is the main factor of infection to Hepatitis and is recognized through blood transfusion with Hepatitis C. Infection to HBV virus may demonstrate a range of clinical protest including mild and unclear symptoms, to deadly ones, such as liver Cirrhosis and liver cancer. Classification of Hepatitis B requires identification of various serologic indexes which are observable in three phases of incubation, acute and recovery from infection. Getting free from HBsAg after treatment, shows recovery, while its presence for more than one year is the symbol of...
